By utilizing proven sales methods I helped to increased the average deal size for an early stage start-up from 4 to 5 digits within a year. Sales methodologies used were a mixture of consultative, challenger and MEDPICC.
I helped define the role description and the lead qualification process. We also helped in recruiting, training on call techniques and BANT qualification method as well as managing the agents.
I sourced, managed and closed the first complex enterprise deals for companies in countries like Poland, Finland, Singapore and China. Both direct as well as via local partners.
